• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, xbajeevip reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• Odds change rapidly in live betting. Please confirm the odds before placing your bet.
• The maximum bet limit per event is set by xbajeevip and is subject to change.
• Decisions made by internationally recognised sports governing bodies are final in determining match results.

Xbajeevip offers betting on cricket, football, kabaddi, tennis, basketball, and 30+ other sports. Each sport has its own specific rules, available in the relevant section.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on xbajeevip:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Creating an account under someone else's identity or committing identity fraud.
• Placing bets based on match-fixing or prior knowledge of an event's outcome.
• Placing bets using bots, scripts, or any automated software.
• Exploiting any technical bug or vulnerability on the platform.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial transactions.
• Harassing, threatening, or defrauding other users.
• Attempting to hack xbajeevip's systems or gain unauthorized access.

We use advanced AI-based monitoring systems that automatically detect unusual betting patterns, linked accounts, and suspicious activity. Appropriate legal action will be taken if any suspicious activity is identified.

Xbajeevip encourages users to bet responsibly. To support this, we provide the following tools:

• Deposit Limit: You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits for your account.

Before closing an account, xbajeevip will send a notification via email or mobile (immediate action may be taken in cases of urgent security threats or fraud). Any valid balance will be returned through the standard process; however, balances may be forfeited in cases of rule violations.

A monthly inactivity fee of ৳100 may be charged on dormant accounts. We recommend logging in regularly.

Xbajeevip is not responsible for the following:

• Missed bets due to internet disconnection or technical failure.
• Delays or failures caused by third-party payment gateways.
• Loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your device or account.
• Loss of opportunity due to a sports event being cancelled or changed.
• Unavailability during scheduled platform maintenance.

Xbajeevip's total liability shall not exceed the user's account balance relevant to the matter in question. xbajeevip accepts no liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

Xbajeevip reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via mobile notification or email.

Any changes to the terms take effect from the date they are published. Continued use of the platform after such changes means you have accepted the updated terms.
